Our thermal coating service applies high-SRI (Solar Reflectance Index) coatings that reflect up to 85% of solar radiation, reducing roof surface temperature by 10-15 degrees. These coatings also provide an additional waterproofing layer, making them a dual-purpose investment. We use Dr. Fixit Roofseal Cool and similar products that are tested for Indian climate conditions. The application is done in multiple coats with fiberglass mesh reinforcement at joints and vulnerable points. This service is ideal as a standalone treatment for relatively new terraces or as the finishing layer in our comprehensive terrace waterproofing system.
