Roofseal Waterproofing

Roofseal waterproofing creates a flexible, seamless coating that protects terraces and roofs from leakage, cracks and weather damage. It provides strong adhesion, UV resistance and long-term durability for both new and existing structures.

Procedure:

1. Surface prep & crack filling — clean the terrace and fill every visible crack so the coating bonds to a sound, stable surface.
2. Primer coat — apply a penetrating primer that seals the substrate and improves the membrane’s adhesion.
3. Fiber mesh reinforcement — embed a fiber mesh layer over joints and weak points to resist future cracking.
4. Three Roofseal coats — apply three coats of Roofseal liquid membrane with proper drying time between each, building a seamless, flexible, UV-resistant film.
