Pressure Grouting & Crack Repair

Our pressure grouting service utilizes high-pressure injection of polyurethane (PU) and epoxy resins to seal active leaks and structural cracks from within. This technique is essential for basement waterproofing, retaining walls, and any below-grade structure where external access is impossible. We use specialized injection packers and pumps to force waterproofing chemicals deep into cracks, expanding on contact with water to create a permanent seal. For structural cracks, we use epoxy injection which bonds the concrete back together with strength exceeding the original material. PU injection is preferred for active water leaks as it reacts with water to form an expanding foam seal. This is the go-to solution for lift pits, basements, and water tanks.
